And weโ€™re looking for someone who gets that. โšก We're currently partnering with Monster Energy on the search for an Event Experience Coordinator , to help make sure their sports and events deliver the kind of experiences people remember. ๐Ÿ This is a fast-moving, hands-on coordination role.

Youโ€™ll be the organisational powerhouse behind the team - keeping projects moving, managing the detail and jumping in wherever needed to make sure everything comes together. ๐Ÿ’ฅ WHAT YOUโ€™LL BE DOING ๐Ÿ† Supporting the planning and delivery of Monsterโ€™s sports and events.

Keeping project plans, timelines and team activity on track. ๐Ÿ“‹ Coordinating travel, hotels, transfers and itineraries for guests and hosts. โœˆ๏ธ Supporting staff, guests and partners onsite at events. ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Managing the Event Experience Portal and helping improve the way it works.

Supporting budgets, contracts, payments, suppliers and procurement. ๐Ÿ’ผ Coordinating meetings, calls and internal project activity.

Managing partner and guest gifting. ๐ŸŽ Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. ๐Ÿค Providing hands-on support when things donโ€™t go to plan โ€” including out of hours when needed.

Travelling to events to support onsite execution. ๐ŸŒ WHAT YOUโ€™LL BRING ๐Ÿ’ช Strong administration, organisation and IT skills.

Experience in events, hospitality, PA/EA or project coordination .

Confidence managing travel, schedules, logistics and multiple priorities.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. ๐Ÿค A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.

Comfortable coordinating people, suppliers and stakeholders.

Experience supporting budgets and project administration.

Flexible and happy to travel and provide onsite event support. ๐ŸŒ An international driving licence and confidence driving abroad.
