And weโre looking for someone who gets that. โก We're currently partnering with Monster Energy on the search for an Event Experience Coordinator , to help make sure their sports and events deliver the kind of experiences people remember. ๐ This is a fast-moving, hands-on coordination role.
Youโll be the organisational powerhouse behind the team - keeping projects moving, managing the detail and jumping in wherever needed to make sure everything comes together. ๐ฅ WHAT YOUโLL BE DOING ๐ Supporting the planning and delivery of Monsterโs sports and events.
Keeping project plans, timelines and team activity on track. ๐ Coordinating travel, hotels, transfers and itineraries for guests and hosts. โ๏ธ Supporting staff, guests and partners onsite at events. ๐๏ธ Managing the Event Experience Portal and helping improve the way it works.
Supporting budgets, contracts, payments, suppliers and procurement. ๐ผ Coordinating meetings, calls and internal project activity.
Managing partner and guest gifting. ๐ Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. ๐ค Providing hands-on support when things donโt go to plan โ including out of hours when needed.
Travelling to events to support onsite execution. ๐ WHAT YOUโLL BRING ๐ช Strong administration, organisation and IT skills.
Experience in events, hospitality, PA/EA or project coordination .
Confidence managing travel, schedules, logistics and multiple priorities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. ๐ค A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
Comfortable coordinating people, suppliers and stakeholders.
Experience supporting budgets and project administration.
Flexible and happy to travel and provide onsite event support. ๐ An international driving licence and confidence driving abroad.
