As the European Shopper Marketing Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving shopper marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier activation plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement shopper marketing strategy for Europe.
- Lead and develop a pan-European shopper marketing team.
- Create and execute tailored activation plans across markets, channels, and customers.
- Align strategy with brand and category plans to meet business objectives.
- Optimize resource allocation within budgets.
- Drive best-in-class execution at the point of purchase.
- Define and monitor shopper marketing KPIs for campaign success.
- Manage budgets and agency relationships effectively.
- Support sales team in developing annual account plans.
- Review and evaluate market, channel, and customer performance.
- Lead the introduction of new brands, products, and packs.
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for team members.
- Multi-market shopper or customer marketing experience.
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry at a senior level.
- Knowledge of the drinks industry with a passion for consumer-led brands.
- Strong commercial acumen, experienced working with sales and commercial teams.
