We're partnering with a well-established, family-owned drinks business that's creating a brand-new commercial position focused entirely on winning new business across the UK's Out of Home market. This isn't about inheriting an account base or maintaining existing relationships—it's about identifying opportunities, building partnerships and driving growth.

The Role

  • Reporting into the Head of OOH, you'll be responsible for identifying, targeting and securing new end-user business across a broad range of channels, including Foodservice, Convenience, Hospitality, Leisure, On Trade and Specialist Retail.
  • Hunting and securing new business opportunities across coffee chains, independent retailers, hospitality, leisure and other Out of Home operators.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers to win long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Identifying white space opportunities and developing strategic target plans.
  • Working closely with the wider commercial team to ensure smooth handover and ongoing account growth.
  • Representing a respected drinks portfolio within a highly entrepreneurial business.
  • Delivering against ambitious growth targets while helping shape the future of the commercial function.
