Tŷ Nant Water produces and distributes a portfolio of leading water brands across 4 production sites in England, Scotland and Wales — including Tŷ Nant, TAU, Llanllyr Source, Decantae, Strathmore and Fonthill Spring Water. Together, these brands give Tŷ Nant one of the strongest and most versatile water portfolios in the UK.
The company supplies customers across retail, luxury hospitality, national hotel and QSR groups, wholesale and on-trade distribution, forecourts, travel-catering, NHS and emergency services, utilities, private label, and major leisure, sports and arena venues. Recognised in the Sunday Times 100 50 (2025), Tŷ Nant’s rapid expansion is driven by increasing customer numbers, entry into new sectors and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This momentum is creating significant opportunities for talented people who want to make a meaningful impact in a fast-scaling organisation.
We’re now hiring a National Account Manager to retain, manage and strategically develop the company’s Foodservice and OOH accounts. With a significant proportion of customers currently engaging with only part of the portfolio, the role focuses on broadening their range, strengthening multi-brand partnerships and increasing category visibility. You will identify trends, emerging opportunities and areas of untapped potential within each account, ensuring they are realised through thoughtful, long-term growth planning.
The role:
- Retain, manage and develop Foodservice accounts across our trading areas.
- Identify upsell opportunities across the full portfolio.
- Seek to identify new retailers within the Foodservice channel.
- Understand each account’s needs, gaps and purchasing behaviour to grow share and drive incremental revenue.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with buyers and key stakeholders across top customers.
- Deliver compelling brand storytelling that elevates the extensive Tŷ Nant portfolio.
About You:
- Proven experience managing national accounts within the drinks sector, with a strong understanding of how major customers buy, review and grow categories.
- A strong track record of strategic account development — broadening product ranges, increasing portfolio penetration and driving sustained year-on-year growth within existing customers.
- Commercially sharp, with excellent negotiation, forecasting and financial acumen, coupled with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.
- A confident storyteller who can articulate premium brand values, influence customer perception and secure multi-brand opportunities across diverse account structures.
- Highly motivated by autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to deliver measurable impact across high-value national accounts.
- Organised, analytical and forward-thinking, with the ability to identify trends, uncover untapped potential and translate insight into long-term, actionable growth plans.
