We're partnering with a growing and highly respected drinks brand looking to appoint a Head of Out of Home to lead the next phase of their commercial growth. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping channel strategy, developing customer relationships and leading a team of high-performing National Account Managers and Senior National Account Managers.

The Role
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you'll take full ownership of the Out of Home channel, leading both strategy and execution across key route-to-market partners and end-user customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of National Account Managers and Senior National Account Managers.
- Creating and delivering the Out of Home commercial strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets.
- Managing relationships with key customers across foodservice, wholesale, contract catering, travel, leisure and hospitality.
- Identifying new business opportunities and unlocking growth across existing accounts.
- Owning forecasting, budget management and commercial performance within the channel.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Category and Supply Chain teams to deliver best-in-class customer plans.
About You
We're looking for a commercially driven leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You'll likely bring:
- Significant experience within Drinks, FMCG or Consumer Goods sales leadership roles.
- Proven success managing Out of Home, Foodservice, Hospitality or Wholesale channels.
- Experience leading and developing Sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing JBPs, negotiations and customer investment.
- A track record of delivering profitable growth through both existing business and new customer acquisition.
- The ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally at all levels.
