The Advocate Group is working on behalf of a global FMCG business to recruit an Employer Branding Specialist. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping culture, enhancing employee experience, and delivering strategic engagement initiatives across the EMEA region.
The Role
- Lead and deliver employer branding and engagement initiatives across EMEA
- Plan and execute programmes including onboarding, events, and recognition campaigns
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality
- Track and report on programme impact using data-driven insights
- Develop engaging internal communications aligned to brand and culture
- Partner with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to enhance culture and employee experience
- Gather feedback and continuously improve initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Experience in project, programme, or employer branding roles
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
