The Role:
- We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark by building authentic presence within core scenes across Scotland.
- Own and deliver a yearāround programme of regional events and activations
- Build strong relationships with scene partners, crews, athletes, artists, and promoters
- Act as the regional expert on cultural trends and emerging grassroots communities
- Lead and develop a regional brand ambassador / event team
- Oversee onāground execution to ensure bestāināclass brand experiences
- Manage staffing, briefing, logistics, and postāevent reporting
- Represent the brand at the majority of Scotlandābased events
About You:
- Strong, firstāhand understanding of core scenes (e.g. action sports, motorsports, board sports, underground music or similar)
- Credibility and confidence operating within grassroots communities
- Experience leading teams or crews in live, fastāpaced environments
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for planning and reporting
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in experiential, field marketing, events, or cultural partnerships (desirable)
