This isn’t a “visit store and take an order” role. This is about impact. You’ll take your patch and turn it into a Monster stronghold, driving range, space, availability, visibility and activation across the independent convenience channel.
The role
- You’ll run your area like your own business; spotting opportunities, building relationships and delivering against clear targets.
- Increasing facings, product mix and cold availability.
- Creating standout in-store execution with POS and secondary displays.
- Bringing promotions to life to drive rate of sale.
- Influencing and training distributor partner sales teams.
- Managing activity and reporting in line with company standards.
