The Role
- Lead the UK Off-Trade strategy across grocery, independents, luxury retail, and online
- Own and develop key national accounts as well as supporting the Off Trade team on independent retail and luxury.
- Drive volume, value, and margin growth across a high-profile premium portfolio
- Lead Joint Business Planning, commercial negotiations, pricing and allocation strategy
- Oversee trade marketing execution including in-store visibility, activation, and training
- Manage and develop a team of Account Managers, building a high-performance culture
About You
- Proven experience managing UK grocery / retail accounts within drinks (wine or premium spirits ideal)
- Strong commercial operator with experience owning P&L, JBP and negotiations
- Background in premium or luxury brands with an eye for execution and detail
- Comfortable leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Highly analytical with strong forecasting and market insight capabilities
- Ideally WSET qualified or with strong wine category knowledge
