The Role:
As Director of Strategic Projects, you’ll spearhead multi-year initiatives to elevate organizational capability, embed sustainable ways of working, and drive digital innovation. Reporting to the VP of Capability Development, you’ll manage a small but mighty team, collaborate across departments, and lead programs that impact thousands across the region.
