The Director of Strategic Projects will lead high-impact strategic programmes focused on organisational capability, innovation and transformation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll turn strategic opportunities into programmes that improve employee capability, productivity and ways of working. Lead strategic initiatives focused on organisational capability, effectiveness, digital transformation and new ways of working. Take a leading role in Monster's AI programme, helping develop and execute the strategy across EMEA. Identify opportunities where AI and technology can improve productivity, reduce manual processes and enhance the employee experience.
