The Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of NPD Programme Management, you’ll lead a talented team of project managers and be the driving force behind our capability programmes and operational delivery. From managing multi-market initiatives to embedding next-gen NPD technologies, you’ll influence how we bring new products to life – faster, smarter, and better.

What You’ll Do

  • Govern and deliver cross-functional programmes including supply chain expansion, compliance, productivity, and on-pack promotions.
  • Lead the transformation of our Innovation to Launch process through data-led insights, process improvement, and systemisation.
  • Shape the roadmap for our NPD technology platforms, including SAP PLM and bespoke software tools.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Power BI to monitor and improve department performance.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across regions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and capability development.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership in programme or project management, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Hands-on experience with NPD delivery, governance, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong technical skills in value stream mapping, SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
