The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of NPD Programme Management, you’ll lead a talented team of project managers and be the driving force behind our capability programmes and operational delivery. From managing multi-market initiatives to embedding next-gen NPD technologies, you’ll influence how we bring new products to life – faster, smarter, and better.
What You’ll Do
- Govern and deliver cross-functional programmes including supply chain expansion, compliance, productivity, and on-pack promotions.
- Lead the transformation of our Innovation to Launch process through data-led insights, process improvement, and systemisation.
- Shape the roadmap for our NPD technology platforms, including SAP PLM and bespoke software tools.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Power BI to monitor and improve department performance.
- Influence senior stakeholders across regions to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and capability development.
What You’ll Bring
