The Advocate Group are currently supporting a successful consumer business with this newly created Senior Digital Marketing Exec position. The ideal candidate will be proactive and support digital campaigns across paid social, search, retail media, and influencer channels.

The Senior Digital Marketing Exec will work closely with agency partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results, monitor performance across the full funnel, and optimise content for conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns (Google, Amazon, Paid Social, BVOD, Retail Media).
  • Assist with paid search campaigns and influencer activity, tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign data to identify insights and recommendations.
  • Help manage budgets and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • High competence with Paid Search
  • Understanding of performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CVR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with GA4, Meta Business Manager, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
