We are looking for a Demand Planner to join an exciting and large-scale FMCG business. This role is pivotal in gathering, analysing, and tracking demand for finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, analyse, and track demand forecasts from distribution partners and bottlers.
  • Maintain accurate forecast data in SAP to drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to slow-moving and obsolete stock.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to meet customer demand.
  • Lead demand review meetings and support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
  • Monitor and communicate significant demand trends and inventory risks.
  • Support new product launches by aligning demand planning with business goals.

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in demand planning within FMCG.
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes and demand planning models.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
