Would you like to join a luxury house where you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience across owned channels? As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimising engaging brand content designed to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, loyalty, and commercial growth across digital touchpoints.

The Role:

  • Own and develop the content strategy across all owned channels, including ecommerce, CRM, social media, app, and editorial platforms.
  • Build and manage integrated content calendars aligned to product launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, and commercial priorities.
  • Partner closely with ecommerce, CRM, social, merchandising, creative, and brand teams to deliver cohesive customer journeys.
  • Lead content planning and execution for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand moments.
  • Drive engagement and conversion through high-performing content across acquisition and retention channels.
  • Analyse performance metrics and customer insights to optimise content effectiveness and channel performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all owned touchpoints, maintaining tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, external agencies, creators, and freelancers to deliver best-in-class content.

About You:

  • 4 years plus experience in content marketing, either from a brand-side or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, CRM, social media, and digital customer journeys.
  • Experience developing and managing integrated content calendars and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with brand, ecommerce, creative, social, and merchandising teams.
  • Confident using data and insights to inform strategy and optimise performance.
  • Experience within a fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or brand would be highly advantageous.
