A highly regarded international consumer brand is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Warehouse & Logistics Director to lead its UK supply chain operations. This is a critical and confidential appointment, ideal for a logistics leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium goods environment and wants to shape the operational future of a growing business.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the warehousing, inventory, and logistics functions – with a strong mandate to optimise performance, support growth, and enhance service levels across B2B and DTC channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all UK warehousing and logistics operations, including inbound, storage, fulfilment, and outbound distribution.
  • Own the 3PL relationship, ensuring high standards of performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock availability across all channels.
  • Partner with commercial and eCommerce teams to support customer delivery expectations and service-level excellence.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and supply chain resilience.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, legal, and environmental standards.
  • Drive a high-performance culture across your teams and third-party partners.
Candidate Profile:
  • Senior supply chain leader with experience in warehousing and logistics within consumer goods, ideally in premium or design-led categories.
  • Track record of managing 3PL relationships and leading high-volume fulfilment operations across omni-channel (including DTC and retail).
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align operational delivery to strategic business goals.
  • Highly analytical, process-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic leadership style – able to influence at all levels while remaining hands-on and delivery-focused.
