The Role:
We’re looking for someone who can build credibility fast, drive service excellence, and uncover opportunities to grow. Here’s how:
- Act as a trusted point of contact across a portfolio of existing accounts
- Lead clear, consistent role briefings to align consultants and ensure delivery-readiness
- Monitor delivery performance, spot friction points, and lead structured service reviews
- Partner with consultants to add value across functions, geographies, or business units
- Identify commercial opportunities to deepen client engagement and scale partnerships
- Influence both client outcomes and internal processes by sharing insight and driving action
About You:
- Background in recruitment, account management, or client development
- Commercially focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A confident communicator, capable of influencing both clients and internal teams
- Analytical mindset — able to turn performance data into clear action
- Values-led, with a natural ability to build trust and credibility
- Corporate, Strategic or mid-senior recruitment experience is ideal
