Location: West London, Hybrid

Contract: Permanent

The Role

This is a senior, future-focused HR Business Partner role, working closely with executive and senior leadership to shape and deliver people strategies that support long-term organisational success. The role has a strong emphasis on succession planning, talent management, and organisational development, ensuring the business is equipped with the capability, structure, and leadership required to achieve its global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people and organisational strategy
  • Lead succession planning and long-term workforce planning initiatives
  • Design and embed talent management and development frameworks
  • Support organisational design and development, including change and transformation programmes
  • Identify current and future capability needs and influence leadership development priorities
  • Provide insight and challenge through data, trends, and best practice
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex people and organisational matters

About You

  • Proven experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner or in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, and organisational development
  • Comfortable influencing and challenging at senior leadership level
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategy
  • Confident, credible, and experienced in complex or matrix environments
