Reporting into the Head of Off Trade, this is a broad, high-impact role combining account management with new business development.
- Support the Head of Off Trade across key Grocery accounts
- Drive new business wins within Cash & Carry / Wholesale, where the business currently under-indexes
- Identify growth opportunities across Off-Trade sub-channels outside of Grocery
- Build strong, long-term relationships with independent and regional customers
- Work closely with Marketing to activate promotions and campaigns
- Deliver sales reporting, forecasting and performance updates
Off-Trade sales experience within Drinks is required. Exposure to Convenience or Wholesale is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be commercial, proactive, and motivated by winning new business. Strong communication skills and excellent relationship-building abilities are essential. A passion for beer and the wider drinks industry is also important.
