As an Area Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of a grocery retail territory, championing brand presence, execution, and commercial performance. Partnering closely with bottling and distribution teams, you’ll be front and centre in-store. Building relationships, activating promotions, and bringing the brand to life where it matters most.

  • Deliver standout in-store execution – Drive visibility, availability, and best-in-class promotional standards across grocery customers.
  • Build influential relationships – Engage store managers, area managers, and senior retail stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Activate & merchandise – Identify space, displays, and secondary siting opportunities to elevate brand impact.
  • Use insight to sell smarter – Analyse sales data to support negotiations and increase category share.
  • Collaborate with partners – Coach and support distribution partners to ensure consistent execution and brand standards.
  • Feed the business with insight – Share competitor activity, market trends, and store-level intelligence with internal teams.

You’re commercially sharp, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced field environment. Field sales experience within FMCG is strongly preferred. Full UK manual driving licence required.
