The business is now looking to appoint a strategic and commercially minded quality leader to oversee regional quality control operations and support the ongoing development of technical standards, compliance, and performance across a complex supply network.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead regional quality control and laboratory operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and operational standards
  • Develop and maintain effective quality procedures and performance measures
  • Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to support operational excellence
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to technical teams
  • Monitor quality performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

About you

  • Strong background within Quality, Technical, or Laboratory functions
  • Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Experience working across multi-site or international operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to balance quality and business priorities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Degree qualified within a scientific or technical discipline preferred
