The business is now looking to appoint a strategic and commercially minded quality leader to oversee regional quality control operations and support the ongoing development of technical standards, compliance, and performance across a complex supply network.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional quality control and laboratory operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and operational standards
- Develop and maintain effective quality procedures and performance measures
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to support operational excellence
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to technical teams
- Monitor quality performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

About you
- Strong background within Quality, Technical, or Laboratory functions
- Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Experience working across multi-site or international operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance quality and business priorities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Degree qualified within a scientific or technical discipline preferred
