Monster Energy is one of the biggest names in energy drinks globally, and EMEA is where a huge part of that growth story is being written. As the business scales its sustainability agenda across the region, they're looking for a Sustainability Data Analyst to make sure the numbers behind that story are accurate, audit ready, and built to support real decisions.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely good with data and genuinely comfortable working across a complex, fast moving business. You'll sit at the centre of sustainability reporting for EMEA, owning the data that underpins disclosures, dashboards, and leadership reporting.

  • Owning sustainability data governance and validation across EMEA markets and functions
  • Standardising the carbon footprint data collection process and managing the Watershed platform
  • Acting as the central EMEA point of contact for sustainability data requests from internal teams, bottlers, customers, and external partners
  • Leading the EMEA supplier questionnaire process and aligning data definitions across GHG inventory categories
  • Building and maintaining KPIs and dashboards in Power BI for performance tracking
  • Drafting sustainability reporting content and coordinating review with Finance and external consultants

3 to 6 years' experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or data analytics

Strong Power BI and Excel skills, with proven experience building and maintaining dashboards

Experience with Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon data and supplier ESG data collection
