This exciting Event Coordinator role is all about ensuring exceptional experiences, managing logistics, and supporting high-impact events across the EMEA region.

  • Oversee hospitality logistics for EMEA sporting events, including ticketing, guest lists, and on-site hosting.
  • Deliver end-to-end guest communications, from invitations and welcome packs to post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage travel, accommodation, budgets, artwork, gifts, and POS items for events, including out-of-hours support.
  • Track budgets, compile event statistics, gather guest feedback, and support invoice and contract management.

Proven ability to manage detailed admin tasks with high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and internal systems. Minimum 2 years' experience in lifestyle brand environments, with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to event delivery. Highly organised, dependable, and proactive, with the ability to manage projects independently and balance multiple priorities in fast-paced settings. Willing to work weekends and travel as required; holds a full European driving licence.
