The Role:
We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark by driving sales and deepening relationships with salon partners while managing key internal growth initiatives. Here’s how:
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with salon distributors and partners
- Deliver consistent growth in sales and distribution across key channels
- Oversee and execute internal sales strategies to maximise performance
- Manage brand presence and engagement across Instagram and digital channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and commercial success
About You:
- Experience in partnership management, account management, or internal sales, customer service or Business Development.
- Background in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is desirable
- Confident in driving B2B relationships and building long-term value
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisation skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for brand growth
