We are now seeking a Commercial Lead – Cosmetics to build and own this vertical from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to take an innovative, sustainability-led ingredient to market and establish it as a credible alternative within the global cosmetics and personal care industry.
The OpportunityThis is a hands-on, revenue-owning role. You will define the commercial strategy, build the pipeline, secure the first customers, and convert pilots into long-term supply agreements.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the cosmetics sector
- Identify and prioritise target brands, formulators, and manufacturers
- Build and manage a full B2B sales pipeline from scratch
- Lead outreach, sampling, trials, negotiations and contract structuring
- Convert pilots into recurring commercial supply agreements
- Develop pricing models and structured volume ramp agreements

About You- 5+ years' experience in B2B cosmetics, personal care, or specialty ingredient sales
- Proven track record of opening new accounts or launching new market segments
- Experience negotiating and closing recurring supply agreements

- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, low-infrastructure environment
