The Advocate Group are looking for a Category Executive to join a dynamic Category & Marketing team within a leading FMCG business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering actionable market insights, shaping category strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analysing market data (IRI, Kantar, IGD) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Helping to support range reviews, NPD briefs, and customer-specific growth strategies.
- Working collaboratively with Account Managers, NPD, and wider teams to develop and execute category plans.
- Managing and delivering internal and external insights in an impactful way.
- Driving marketing strategy execution across multiple communication channels.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in an FMCG Category & Insights role or data agency.
- A passion for food and a commercial mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into compelling insights.
- Excellent communication skills to engage internal teams and retail partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
