Territory: Hertfordshire, London & Kent

Package: £28,000 + £6,000 OTE + Fully Expensed Vehicle (with Fuel Card)

We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, high-performing regional team, helping drive brand visibility and growth across Hertfordshire, London, and Kent.

The Opportunity

As part of a globally recognised drinks powerhouse, you’ll be the face of the brand in your region; building relationships, driving sales, and making sure the product is front and centre wherever customers shop.

  • Visiting independent and convenience retailers daily to maximise availability and visibility
  • Building relationships with store owners and managers to grow brand presence
  • Executing promotional activity and ensuring flawless in-store execution
  • Supporting distribution partners with training, coaching, and local activation
  • Placing point-of-sale materials and ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Identifying new business opportunities and bringing new retailers into the brand network
  • Providing accurate, timely feedback and market insights

This is a hands-on, fast-moving field sales role where you’ll make a real impact from day one.

About You

You’re driven, confident, and hungry to succeed. You thrive in the field, enjoy meeting people, and love seeing your hard work translate into real-world results.

You’ll need to bring:

  • A passion for sales and an energetic, can-do attitude
  • FMCG, Grocery (could be store assistant or manager) exposure
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Self-motivation and resilience in a dynamic, high-energy environment
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across your region
  • Field sales or FMCG experience is a requirement, but attitude, drive, and a love for the brand are what really matter.
