The Advocate Group has proudly partnered with a market leader in luxury bespoke kitchens, to find a CAD Designer with a strong background in cabinet making. This is a unique opportunity to step away from the bench and into the Drawing Office, applying your hands-on knowledge to support the full client journey—from initial design concepts to manufacturing-ready drawings.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented maker with a passion for high-end craftsmanship and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, design-led environment. (Full CAD training will be provided.)
The Role
- Produce detailed technical drawings that bring premium kitchen designs to life—from client-facing visuals to production-ready specifications
- Collaborate closely with sales, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure design accuracy and delivery excellence
- Apply cabinet making knowledge to problem-solve and refine technical drawings
- Operate within deadlines and adapt to a fast-moving, premium brand environment
The Person
- Experienced in 'cabinets' with a strong understanding of bespoke furniture construction
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong time management
- Basic IT skills required
