The Advocate Group has partnered with a fast-growing beauty and retail business to recruit a Buying Manager for their London team. Are you obsessed with K Beauty and Korean culture? Yes? This role could be perfect for you! I'm looking for a highly commercial individual with buying or brand-side account management experience to join one of the most exciting, high-growth businesses in beauty.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, trend-led consumer brand that has quickly established itself as a market leader in beauty, with a strong retail and ecommerce presence across the UK.

Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based (Monday–Friday)

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Buyers
  • Managing supplier relationships and leading commercial negotiations
  • Driving category performance across sales, margin, and stock availability
  • Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain
