With a premium product range, entrepreneurial culture and exciting growth plans, they're now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion across Travel, Airline Catering and Contract Catering channels.

The Role
- You’ll take ownership of driving new business growth across contract catering, hospitality, travel and airline sectors, identifying opportunities, managing complex tenders and securing long-term commercial partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business opportunities across Contract Catering, Travel, Airline and Hospitality channels
- Managing tender submissions and commercial proposals from end-to-end
- Building relationships with key procurement and commercial stakeholders
- Securing new airline and travel catering listings
- Negotiating commercial agreements and long-term supply partnerships
- Managing and developing strategic customer relationships
- Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities
About You
We're looking for a commercially astute business developer who understands how to navigate large organisations and convert opportunities into long-term revenue growth. You would ideally bring:
- Proven success winning new business within foodservice, hospitality, travel or contract catering
- Experience managing complex tender processes and commercial negotiations
- A strong network across the sector with existing customer relationships
- The ability to engage senior stakeholders and procurement teams
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
- Experience working with organisations such as Compass, Sodexo, SSP, Gate Gourmet, Bidfood, Brakes or similar would be highly advantageous.
