Are you an experienced Regional HR professional with strong TUPE and multi-site expertise? Our client is a forward-thinking organisation that prides itself on making a real difference every day – and doing it with a smile! They’re now looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join their team and help shape the future of their people strategy across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence business decisions, manage complex HR matters, and drive engagement at a regional level.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional/local management teams, influencing strategy and operational plans.
- Design, implement, and review HR objectives aligned with business and regional strategies.
- Manage HR KPIs including engagement, attrition, and absence.
- Lead on complex HR/ER matters including TUPE transfers (in and out), disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Support talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Develop training initiatives and coach managers to build capability.
- Promote a positive organisational culture and employee engagement.
- Travel regularly across multiple sites to provide hands-on support.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong TUPE experience and ability to manage transfers effectively.
- Multi-site HR management experience is essential.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Skilled in handling complex ER cases.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for people development.
