Are you an experienced Regional HR professional with strong TUPE and multi-site expertise? They’re now looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join their team and help shape the future of their people strategy across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence business decisions, manage complex HR matters, and drive engagement at a regional level.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional/local management teams, influencing strategy and operational plans.
  • Design, implement, and review HR objectives aligned with business and regional strategies.
  • Manage HR KPIs including engagement, attrition, and absence.
  • Lead on complex HR/ER matters including TUPE transfers (in and out), disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
  • Support talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Develop training initiatives and coach managers to build capability.
  • Promote a positive organisational culture and employee engagement.
  • Travel regularly across multiple sites to provide hands-on support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong TUPE experience and ability to manage transfers effectively.
  • Multi-site HR management experience is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Skilled in handling complex ER cases.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for people development.
