This isn't a merchandising role.
It isn't about walking stores with a clipboard.
It's about becoming the commercial face of Monster across some of the UK's biggest grocery retailers, building influential relationships, driving execution and ensuring national commercial plans deliver outstanding results across your territory.
You'll own a high-profile region spanning the South West, working closely with Store Managers, Area Managers, distributor partners and internal stakeholders to maximise performance across major grocery customers.
The Role
You'll operate your territory like your own business.
Balancing commercial relationships with hands-on execution, you'll influence retailers, coach distribution partners and ensure Monster consistently delivers best-in-class performance across every store you support.
Your responsibilities will include...
- Building and developing strong relationships across major grocery retailers including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons, etc...
- Delivering national commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns in-store.
- Influencing retailers to increase availability, distribution, secondary displays and feature space.
- Working alongside distribution partners to improve execution across your territory.
- Coaching distributor sales teams on brand priorities and commercial objectives.
- Identifying growth opportunities through data, retailer insight and competitor activity.
- Managing POS, promotional materials and new product launches.
- Taking ownership of territory planning, customer engagement and performance reporting.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, providing valuable market insight back into the wider commercial team.
This is a highly autonomous role where your ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and execute brilliantly will directly impact commercial performance.
