Are you a strategic brand leader ready to take full ownership of a much-loved consumer brand? The Advocate Group are exclusively partnering with a Global food business on this rare Senior Marketing opportunity where you’ll shape long-term growth, lead innovation, and drive distinctive brand positioning.

The Opportunity

As a Brand Marketing Controller, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end brand management across the UK market, from defining strategy to delivering activation. You’ll create and embed the annual brand plan, ensuring every element – from communications and packaging through to pricing, promotions, and customer execution – is aligned to growth objectives.

Working closely with global leadership, you’ll influence the long-term strategy while adapting it for the UK market. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen portfolio performance, drive innovation, and ensure the brand continues to grow in both retail and foodservice channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of the UK brand strategy and annual plans.
  • Translate consumer insight into impactful innovation and activation.
  • Manage agency partners across media, shopper, PR, and social to deliver high-quality, cost-effective campaigns.
  • Partner with sales and category teams to deliver tailored brand plans for key customers.
  • Own the brand budget, track ROI, and ensure maximum commercial impact.
  • Act as brand champion across the business, aligning stakeholders behind a clear vision and positioning.
