As the Brand Communications Manager, you will oversee campaign planning and execution, drive omnichannel implementation, and ensure impactful marketing enablement across global markets. The Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution across key regional markets
  • Lead omnichannel implementation, ensuring seamless activation across digital, press, partnerships, and in-market touchpoints
  • Translate global strategy into clear channel activation plans that markets can execute with confidence
  • Drive consistency across markets and channels while enabling scaling with meaning
  • Build strong, hands-on relationships with market teams, co-creating effective ways of working
  • Partner with agencies on shoots, content creation, and campaign roll-out
  • Use audience insights to shape compelling brand narratives, targeting the right consumers in the right way
  • Protect and strengthen brand equity and differentiation in a competitive, saturated market

About You:

  • Experienced communications specialist with strong brand communications expertise
  • Proven ability to grow brands globally and build long-term brand equity
  • Strong campaign planning and cross-market coordination experience
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders
  • Confident storyteller, able to craft narratives that resonate across cultures
  • Strong agency management experience
  • Experience in FMCG or premium brands
  • Global or regional experience, with sensitivity to cultural nuances
  • Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of the full brand journey
