We are working with a drinks wholesaler who are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager with a love for the On Trade and strong relationship-building skills to join their continued growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality or the drinks industry looking to move into a field-based sales role within the On Trade sector.
The Role
- Managing customer and partner relationships in line with the wider business strategy.
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed annual targets.
- Working alongside valued supply partners, including leading drinks brands.
- Developing long-term customer relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Identifying new opportunities across the territory and supporting business growth.
- Delivering against agreed sales, distribution and profitability targets.
- Coordinating activity with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitoring territory performance and maintaining accurate reporting.
- Negotiating pricing, promotions and commercial agreements in line with company policy.

About You
- Experience within the drinks industry or hospitality sector.

- Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
