Are you ambitious, commercially minded, and looking to break or expand your career within field-based healthcare sales with a business that genuinely invests in your development? This is a standout opportunity to launch or accelerate your sales career within a global consumer health organisation, combining scientific credibility with real commercial ownership from day one. You'll represent a highly respected paediatric nutrition portfolio, working at the intersection of healthcare, education, and sales.
If you're looking for a role that offers autonomy, progression, and real-world impact, this is it.
The Company
This organisation is a global leader in nutrition and health, driven by a mission to improve lives through science-led products and innovation. Their specialised nutrition portfolio is trusted across hospitals, GP practices, and community healthcare settings throughout the UK. Known for developing talent from the ground up, the business offers a supportive yet performance-driven environment, where high-potential individuals are given responsibility early and supported with industry-leading training, coaching, and career pathways. This is a company where ambition is rewarded, learning is continuous, and success is shared.
The Opportunity
As a Clinical Territory Manager, you'll step into a true entry-to-mid-level field sales role with full ownership of your own territory across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, and Wiltshire. This is not a passenger role. You'll manage your own "patch" like a business, building relationships, influencing decision-making, and driving growth within the paediatric nutrition category.
You'll work closely with:
- GPs and practice teams
- Dietitians and paediatric specialists
- Pharmacists and hospital stakeholders
- Wider NHS and commissioning structures
Blending clinical conversations with commercial thinking, you'll learn how to sell with credibility, influence senior healthcare professionals, and develop the foundations of a long-term career in healthcare or FMCG sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and executing a territory business plan aligned to regional and national strategy
- Building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Delivering confident, evidence-based product conversations
- Influencing formulary decisions and local guidelines
- Identifying growth opportunities and driving market share
- Managing your performance through KPIs, data, and insights
- Representing the brand at educational events, meetings, and symposia
Who This Role Is Perfect For
This role is ideal if you are:
- Looking to start or step up in a field-based sales career
- From a healthcare, clinical, nutrition, fitness, pharmaceutical, or medical background
- Commercially curious, confident, and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable building relationships and influencing professionals
- Ambitious, resilient, and driven by progression and impact.
A background in nutrition, biomedical science, sports science, or life sciences is beneficial but not essential.
