Maldon Salt, renowned for its rich heritage and exquisite flavour, is on the lookout for a visionary Head of Marketing to elevate its ambitious international plans.
If you’re passionate about driving impactful product launches and crafting compelling campaigns that captivate audiences worldwide, then this is your chance to do that for one of the world’s best-loved Food brands.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and oversee the delivery of a clear brand strategy for the UK & Export markets for 3-5 year business plan.
- Be a key part of the NPD team working closely with the Commercial Director, Innovation team and Sales.
- Work closely with local markets and International Marketing to ensure Global brand strategy, essence and positioning are understood and followed ensuring adherence to a consistent Maldon Salt brand guideline.
- Oversee implementation of new digital strategy – PR, Social and Influencer – strategy to develop increased engagement and improved conversion rates globally.
- Manage suppliers and creative agencies, building great relationships to get first-class service and value for money.
- Coaching and development of direct reports (Assistant Brand Manager) and indirect reports (Marketing executive).
- Extensive brand marketing experience, preferably in the Food Industry (FMCG / consumer goods considered).
- Deadline-oriented with attention to detail, understanding customer and/or consumer needs.
- Good mentor with strong values and integrity.

- Passion for food and robust brand and heritage understanding.
