Are you ready to energise your career with one of the world's most iconic drinks brands? We're on the lookout for a Trade Development Manager to join the Convenience Channel field sales team, representing Monster Energy and the strategic distribution partner across the North East London region.
You'll be the face of Monster on the ground - driving brand presence, winning new store listings, and ensuring every shelf and secondary display brings the brand to life.
The Role
- Build and nurture relationships with convenience retailers – from store managers to regional decision-makers.
- Drive new product distribution and ensure promotional compliance across your stores.
- Maximise brand visibility through creative in-store merchandising and impactful POS execution.
- Partner with distributor teams to deliver flawless promotional and activation execution.
- Track, report and analyse field activity to identify opportunities and successes.
- Work autonomously in your territory while collaborating with internal Monster and distributor teams.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or retail experience – ideally in FMCG or grocery.
- You might currently be a convenience/grocery store supervisor, merchandiser, or assistant looking to break into field sales!
- Energetic, proactive, and commercially driven – you love meeting people and influencing outcomes.
- Confident communicator with excellent time-management skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital reporting tools.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel daily across the North East region.
