Amazon Marketplace & Growth Manager

One of the UK’s fastest-growing online furniture retailers is looking for an Amazon Marketplace & Growth Manager to take full ownership of their Amazon channels and drive the next phase of growth. This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you’ll manage Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, optimise listings, lead advertising campaigns, and build key relationships with Amazon.

What you’ll do

  • Own and execute strategies to maximise performance across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Plan and lead advertising campaigns, promotions, and peak trading events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Optimise listings with A+ content, imagery, keywords, and conversion-focused copy
  • Manage compliance on chargebacks, fulfilment standards, and operational performance
  • Track competitor activity, marketplace trends, and Amazon policy changes
  • Provide actionable insights and growth recommendations to senior leadership

About you

  • Commercially minded and results-driven
  • Experienced in managing Amazon accounts, advertising, promotions, and content optimisation
  • Skilled at building relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers
  • Background in eCommerce or retail (furniture/home sector experience advantageous)
  • UK-based and able to work from the Burnley office at least 2 days per week
