We're partnering with an exciting global consumer brand to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk into their growing finance team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Key Responsibilities
  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Supporting supplier account maintenance and data administration
  • Managing invoice approvals, coding and supporting documentation
  • Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder queries
  • Assisting with employee expenses processing
  • Supporting payment runs and account reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end activities and reporting requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal controls
  • Monitoring workflow queues and resolving invoice processing issues
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives within the finance function
About You
  • Previous experience within an Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or Finance Assistant role
  • Experience working in a high-volume transactional finance environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using an ERP system such as SAP would be advantageous
  • Exposure to expenses processing would be beneficial
  • Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
