Due to growth, they are actively recruiting for an Account Manager to cover Southern Counties (Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Dorset). You’ll be tasked with building strong relationships with existing customers at all levels, championing great coffee quality and ethical sourcing at all opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continue to maintain and develop relationships with current customers, ranging from Owners to GMs to Baristas
  • Seek out additional opportunities for growth, working closely with the Channel Manager to build a solid pipeline
  • Maximise sales through educating customers on the company brand and portfolio, e.g sampling, lead conversion events and networking
  • Working closely with customers to ensure service satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Act as an ambassador for Union, championing and representing their values in the trade.

About You:

  • Experience within an OOH environment e.g cafes, bakeries, independent venues ideally in Speciality Coffee
  • Proven track record of sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Likeminded individuals who want to share their love of coffee with the world
  • Purpose-driven professionals who care about quality of life and coffee
  • Adaptable, experienced self-starters with drive and commitment
