New Business Sales Manager – Retailers (Major Multiples, Discount and Garden Centres)

Drive growth. Win new customers. Make real impact.

Join one of the UK’s most dynamic premium water companies. Tŷ Nant Water produces and distributes a portfolio of leading water brands across 4 production sites in England, Scotland and Wales — including Tŷ Nant, TAU, Llanllyr Source, Decantae, Strathmore and Fonthill Spring Water.

Together, these brands give Tŷ Nant one of the strongest and most versatile water portfolios in the UK.

The company supplies customers across luxury hospitality, national hotel and QSR groups, wholesale and on-trade distribution, retail and forecourts, travel-catering, NHS and emergency services, utilities, private label, and major leisure, sports and arena venues.

Recognised in the Sunday Times 100 50 (2025), Tŷ Nant’s rapid expansion is driven by increasing customer numbers, entry into new sectors and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This momentum is creating significant opportunities for talented people who want to make a meaningful impact in a fast-scaling organisation.

With natural sources in both England Wales and Scotland, the company manufactures across multiple formats — glass, PET, aluminium cans, aluminium bottles, Tetra Pak

The Role

  • Own and develop the new-business cycle — sourcing, pitching and converting
  • Build a strong pipeline across your customer universe, identifying gaps, trends and whitespace.
  • Deliver compelling brand plans that showcase the Tŷ Nant range and ensuring the correct fit by prospect type.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that drive profitable, sustainable growth.
  • Manage the ongoing relationship with the customer looking at continuous growth and improvement
  • Champion the brand externally, representing a premium British business with huge potential.

About You

  • Bringing current and established relationships with buyers across major supermarket multiples is essential. Bringing additional current and established relationships with buyers of discounters and national garden centre groups is very beneficial.
  • Has Strong insight into how these retailers buy, trade and review categories.
  • A natural hunter who thrives on opening doors and securing new listings, while also able to nurture and develop existing partnerships when required.
  • A proven track record of winning new accounts within retail — ideally within soft drinks or a closely related category — and working effectively with buying teams across multiples.
  • Commercially sharp, able to build persuasive, data-led pitches and negotiate confidently with senior retail stakeholders.
  • Resilient, energetic and motivated by targets, autonomy and fast-paced growth environments.
