Advocare Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to take full leadership of all regulatory, clinical governance, and staffing responsibilities for our growing home care service. This is a senior leadership appointment for a highly competent, compliance-focused professional who will hold primary accountability for CQC registration, regulatory adherence, quality assurance, safeguarding, workforce management, and safe care delivery.

The Registered Manager will lead the service operationally, ensuring robust governance frameworks, strong supervision structures, safe staffing levels, and consistently high standards of person-centred care. This full-time position requires demonstrable expertise in regulated domiciliary care, strong knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards, proven experience in building and managing care teams, and the leadership capability to embed a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
