Advocacy Highland is seeking a visionary leader to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer, guiding our passionate team and driving the organisation forward in a time of growth and change. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. We are flexible and open to discussion about working hours and hybrid working; however, a minimum of 2 days per week is expected in the office, so candidates should be Highland based within commuting distance of Inverness.

- Proven leadership experience, ideally within the voluntary or third sector
- Strong financial management skills with experience desirable in securing and managing major grants and funding streams
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation and policy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners
- A genuine passion for advocacy, social justice and human rights
