What you’ll be doing
- You’ll provide day-to-day finance support for an FMCG site, involved in daily production meetings to talk through waste, labour and variances.
- You’ll help managers understand their numbers, manage costs and land their budgets, while keeping core tasks like month-end, VAT and reporting on track.
- You’ll also support projects on usage and materials variances, process improvement and automation across the sites.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in finance or management accounting.
- Ideally, AAT qualified or similar, or studying / keen to study CIMA (full support available).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be desirable but not essential.
- Naturally curious, keen to ask questions and "get under the skin" of what's driving the numbers.
- Confident enough to talk to managers on the shop floor and senior stakeholders, and to challenge where needed.

- 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.
