Position Summary: Functional Assessor at Advo Health in Truro, ENG, GB – Full time, hybrid role (up to 3 days face‑to‑face, remainder remote) with a salary of £42,000.00 per annum.

Every assessment you complete plays an important role in ensuring claimants feel listened to, treated respectfully and supported throughout their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Hold telephone, video or in‑person consultations with claimants
- Assess a wide range of physical and mental health conditions
- Apply clinical reasoning to understand how health impacts daily living
- Use strong IT and written communication skills to listen and produce accurate, evidence‑based reports
- Work closely with your manager to support your development as a Functional Assessor
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered healthcare professional with at least 12 months post‑registration experience
- Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics, Pharmacists
- Full registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC required
- Confidence using IT systems alongside clinical judgement
- No prior Functional Assessor experience required – full training provided
Salaries & Benefits:
- Salary: £42,000.00 per annum
- Bonus up to 10% of salary once fully accredited
