Qualifications:
We're hiring a Sales Manager who thrives on closing new business but is equally comfortable being the go-to person for existing clients day-to-day.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle — outbound prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Be the primary point of contact for clients in Slack — responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing client base
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on pipeline, deals, and growth strategy
What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years in a sales or business development role, ideally in ad-tech or a SaaS platform
- Proven track record of closing — you're comfortable with outbound and don't wait for inbound
- Excellent written communication; clients will reach you via Slack and expect fast, sharp responses
- Familiarity with performance marketing — mobile UA, paid social, or creative production workflows is a strong plus
- Self-starter who thrives without heavy process or hand-holding
