We're an AI-powered ad creative platform built for performance marketers who need to move fast. We're an official Axon by AppLovin partner, official Meta Ad Tech SaaS Partner, Google Ads Verified Partner, and part of the NVIDIA Inception Programme — a combination that puts us at the centre of the ad-tech ecosystem.

We're hiring a Sales Manager who thrives on closing new business but is equally comfortable being the go-to person for existing clients day-to-day.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle — outbound prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients in Slack — responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing client base
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on pipeline, deals, and growth strategy

What we're looking for:

  • 3–6 years in a sales or business development role, ideally in ad-tech or a SaaS platform
  • Proven track record of closing — you’re comfortable with outbound and don’t wait for inbound
  • Excellent written communication; clients will reach you via Slack and expect fast, sharp responses
  • Familiarity with performance marketing — mobile UA, paid social, or creative production workflows is a strong plus
  • Self-starter who thrives without heavy process or hand-holding
  • Bonus: experience with AppLovin/Axon, Meta Ads, or creative automation tools
