AdvisaCare is seeking a Full time Home Health Clinical Manager to join our teams in Genesee, Lapeer & Saginaw counties. Candidate must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self-motivated, well organized, driven, with strong effective communication skills .
Hours are flexible primarily in office 8:00- 5:00 PM assisting with clinical staff education, Field staff training and other duties as assigned. Some travel in the field and to other AdvisaCare offices.

Job Description for Clinical Supervisor
- Oasis documentation review/chart review audits for compliance with State & CMS guidelines
- Assist with education/onboarding & training of clinical field staff
- Supervisory clinical staff visits
- Some travel within the Advisacare service area is required weekly
- Positive attitude, highly organized team player who is willing to serve as a leader to the clinical team.
- Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Detail oriented, strong critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, organized with exceptional time management skills
- Reliable transportation, MI Driver\’s License & Auto Insurance
- Home health care experience preferred but NOT required for the right candidate
