Advinia is seeking a vibrant Wellbeing Coordinator to champion happiness and inclusion within our care home. You will design meaningful activities, lead dementia awareness as an ambassador, and weave wellbeing into every day for residents, families, and colleagues.
You’ll collaborate with the Home Manager and team to run a varied activity calendar, manage resources, and build community links through events and sessions, creating a warm, hopeful atmosphere wherever you work.
